Adult/Youth Cancellation:  You may cancel your reservation online (group class or private lesson or workshop) up to 24 hours in advance to receive a 100% refund.  No-shows or cancellations made within the 24 hour window do not receive a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any class/program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.  Registrants will be notified via email and receive a full refund.

Party/event rental:  A cancellation must be received 7 days advanced notice to receive a refund.  

Inclement weather: Unless it is noted on our Facebook page that we are closed due to weather, all classes will run according to the session’s schedule. If RCA closes due to inclement weather, a makeup date will be scheduled for group classes and private lessons will be credited.

Expired private lessons or missed group classes:  Private lesson packages expire within 120 days of purchase, no extensions will be granted.  Registration for group classes are only valid during the current 12 week session, missed group class(es) does not carry over into the next session.  Making up a missed group class can be done by attending a similar class of the same duration or shorter at additional $5 makeup fee (this must occur within the current 12 week session).  It is the student's’ responsibility to attend classes and schedule private lessons within the allot times.

General Policies

Proper attire must be worn to participate such as leotards or long leggings or sweatpants, tee shirts.  No belt buckles, dresses, footed tights, jeans, or shoes of any kind.  No jewelry of any kind should be worn during class.  Long hair should be tied back.

No one is allowed to do anything that jeopardizes their own safety or the safety of others. Safety rules must be followed by students, as well as parents, siblings, and guests. Failure to act in an appropriate and safe manner may result in your removal from class.

A mandatory ten minute warm up must be completed at the start of any class, lesson, or training times.  Plan to be on time.

ALL participants (or their parents/guardians if under 18) must sign a Waiver/Release Form and a Non-Compete Form.

ONLY currently registered students are allowed in the class area.  Parents and guests may observe from the designated viewing area.

NO students are allowed beyond the training area unless directed by an instructor.

NO fighting/horseplay of any kind.

STAY ALERT! Avoid mat areas and other students on equipment while moving through the studio.

Use CAUTION when getting on and off mats and equipment.

Mats increase safety but do not eliminate risk of injury - use of common sense and proper learning progressions is necessary at all times.

NO glass or glass bottles of any kind in the studio.

Notify instructor if you need to leave class for any reason (restroom, drink etc.).

Participants on medication that may affect coordination, balance, or judgement should not attend classes. Please advise the instructor if you are on any medication and/or are ill and/or have symptoms of illness.  

Do NOT attend class if you are feeling ill. 

Report any injury or unusual pain/discomfort to instructor immediately.

Please notify instructors of any learning disabilities or special needs.

Arrive ready to work.  Class should be an enjoyable experience, so have fun and be supportive to your classmates.  Anyone with a poor attitude or exhibits disrespect towards the instructor or their classmates will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.  Judgment is based on the discretion of the instructor.

Respectful and courteous manners are expected of all persons at all times in the studio.

Respect your own abilities and the abilities of others.

Our intention is to foster growth and help set personal goals in a judgment free atmosphere.

Do NOT speak over the instructor or instruct other students.

Equipment should be used only as intended and put away correctly EVERY time it is used.

Report any equipment problems to instructor immediately.

Students and parents are liable for any damage caused by negligent behavior.

Students are NOT permitted on the studio floor until their class time.

If you see an instructor on an apparatus, either with a class or training on their own, please respect their space and practice time.  

NO food, drinks or chewing gum in class areas.

Clean up after yourself; all trash goes immediately into trash cans.

NO SMOKING anywhere in the studio.

NO Alcohol on premises.

Photos and video taken on the studio floor are restricted to personal, private use, and require permission of everyone in the shot.

Photos and video taken from the observation area are for personal use only.

Photos and video of people at RCA should never be posted online without the written permission of everyone in the shot.

RCA is NOT responsible for lost or stolen property in or around our premises, including the studio floor, the observation area, or your vehicle. We strongly recommend that you do not bring valuables (wedding rings, laptops, tablets, Iphones, etc.) onto our premises.  DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES UNPROTECTED.  Any personal articles found may be placed in the lost and found. We accept no responsibility for articles left behind. RCA personnel are not allowed to accept responsibility for personal articles.
