Private session packages have STRICT expiration dates. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to book your sessions and show up prior to expiration. No refunds will be given on unused sessions.
Residency students are responsible for attending their scheduled residency sessions. No credits or refunds are given if you fail to show up.
Wear CLEAN, form fitting clothing made with natural fibers (cotton, linen, bamboo, & blends). Spaghetti straps, tank tops, loose fitting tops and pants, and shorts are NOT recommended. Hair should be pulled back. No shoes, socks, or jewelry can be worn while participating in aerial silks classes.
Listen to your body! If you are tired and/or sore, take a few minutes to get a drink of water, rest, and stretch.
Inverting (or going upside down) can be dangerous for some people, those who SHOULD NOT invert include anyone with the following conditions: High or low blood pressure, hip replacement, Glaucoma, pregnancy, neck injuries, rotator cuff injuries, heart conditions of any kind, epilepsy, eye problems, and other conditions (check with your doctor to make sure it's okay for you). This does not mean you can't do aerial silks! There are plenty of moves that do not require inverting. Consult your doctor before beginning any new physical activity.
Inform your instructor, prior to the start of class, of any physical aliments or injuries (past and present).
Be polite. If you've been having a bad day, leave it at the door. Aerial dance is an enjoyable experience, so have fun and be supportive to your classmates. We all have bad days, but anyone with a poor attitude or exhibits disrespect towards the instructor or their classmates will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. Judgment is based on the discretion of the instructor.
